Dear Friends and Customers:

Again this year, we hope this letter finds all of you doing well. We are offering for sale high quality natural finished beef. These calves were born and raised here at Em Brook. We do not use any artificial methods or enhancers to finish our beef. They are finished humanely, the old fashion way.

Our price this year is up slightly; we are offering half and whole beef at $1.60 and split quarter at $1.75 per dress weight pound.

As always, we are working with Sipes Locker Plant in Everett, PA
(814-652-2714) to process your beef. Sipes will process your beef the way you want it (click here for a beef cuts explaination and chart).

If you have not already reserved your beef for this year, please call any of us. Also, if you know of a friend or neighbor who would like high quality, home grown beef, please give them our phone number
